I have been practicing yoga since 2008 when I fell in love with how the breath can change the mind. A daily practice can bring balance back to your life. Active relaxation is achieved with “slow yoga”—Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Sound Baths and Meditation. It will heal the mind, body and heart of trauma and bring you closer to your true self.

My daily practice is a mix of heated vinyasa, flow, yin and yoga nidra. 

My classes are built with a focus on active relaxation, awareness, breath-work and the sacred geometry of pose alignment. We move slowly and let it all settle.
