Choice instructor for yoga students in all life stages: engaged, postpartum, etc. I received the gift of generous, compassionate movement techniques from Lisa six months after I gave birth. She was adept in each pose and able to modify and personalize for me. Especially loved the hip openers, twists and mat work. Highly recommend her encouraging method.

My private yoga instruction with Lisa was fabulous! I learned poses and Lisa gently guided me to explore deeper poses that allowed me to really feel like I was learning a yoga practice and not just an exercise routine. I looked forward to my Saturday mornings and relished every moment.

Farm & Kitchen Foundation works with kids through the NYC PAL program to teach them about food and wellness, as well as job readiness, while exposing them to new places and concepts to inspire them. Lisa generously volunteered to lead our first ever yoga class with the kids at the PAL Center, and we could not have asked for a better partner in launching this new event for the kids. Lisa was the picture of enthusiasm, professionalism and flexibility throughout the experience. She led the kids through their first-ever yoga class, teaching them about breathing and stress relief, while gracefully adapting the program to address the various skill levels and needs of the participants. She also went above and beyond, recommending resources for the kids to pursue after the class. Lisa is a pleasure to work with and a complete professional – we can’t wait to work with her again soon.

I had the privilege of taking Lisa's class at Palmer Vineyards this summer. It was so peaceful to practice in a vineyard. Lisa is a fantastic instructor! Her class has a good pace, and she is thorough with her instructions. She also has a great playlist! I truly felt at peace and enjoyed her class very much!
